Frank has served as a tech CFO for roughly the past 15 years and is based in Seattle, WA. Most recently he was CFO for RoundGlass (health and wellness). Prior to that he was the CFO for Skytap, which is in the cloud computing industry. While at Skytap Frank raised $90M in equity funding in rounds led by Insight Venture Partners and Goldman Sachs as well as $15M in debt via Silicon Valley Bank. Frank helped lead the company during a rapid period of growth where revenues grew by 5x and employee count grew by 3X. Prior to Skytap, Frank was CFO of a private equity backed cleantech startup called 3TIER based in Seattle. Frank helped grow this company through international expansion which was eventually acquired.
Throughout his career he’s led various operating functions of the business including, finance & accounting, HR, legal, corp dev, facilities and sales operations. He has an MBA from Seattle University and a BS in Biology from SUNY – New Paltz. Frank has always led an active lifestyle and for the past 14 years has been an amateur bike racer and has competed in pretty much all disciplines. For 5 years he led a local cycling team as a board member and treasurer.

Has been to 24 countries (has taken his boys to 8 of them) Owns seven bikes (he is aware you can only ride one at a time) First concert was Skid Row in Poughkeepsie, NY and last concert (pre-covid) was Skid Row in Bellingham, WA. He’s got a tall family where he is 6’4, his wife is 6’3, his older son is 6’8 and his youngest…well we don’t count until they hit 6 feet
