AI-driven Admin Analysis and Control for Credits, Deposits, and Budgets

New admin-focused capabilities provide administrators deeper control and visibility of their spend and resource utilization. The built-in AI assistant, Rescale Assistant, now has access to organization and workspace credits, deposits, and budgets data, along with a specialized Budget Control Agent that helps you manage financial controls using natural language.

These new capabilities are available now, included as part of Rescale Data Intelligence. 

Highlights

  • What is it? The Rescale Assistant is now capable of answering admin-focused queries that integrate real-time data from your Credits, Deposits, and Budgets. The new Budget Control Agent can perform budget CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations through a conversational interface.
  • Why use it? Managing financial data across multiple workspaces and projects often requires manual reporting and deep navigation. These capabilities give you instant answers to financial questions and let you manage budget limits without working through multiple settings pages, which reduces administrative overhead.
  • How is it used? Organization and workspace admins can ask the Rescale Assistant to track consumption trends, monitor expiration dates, and verify remaining balances. The Budget Agent lets you create or modify budget configurations by describing your requirements in natural language.

Sample questions you can now ask include:

  • Deposits & Credits: “What is the remaining balance on my deposits?” or “When are my credits expiring?”
  • Forecasting: “Which deposits are on track to get consumed before their expiration date?”
  • Budget Tracking: “How are the project budgets tracking?” or “Which budget is on track to go over?”
  • Natural Language Actions: “Create a budget with the following config: [Details]” or “Update the amount for my budget to X.”

Get Started

To begin using these capabilities, open the Rescale Assistant from your Organization or Workspace Administration Portal.

  • Role-Based Access: Access to this data is governed by your existing permissions; Organization Admins can query data across the entire organization, while Workspace Admins are limited to their specific workspace data.
  • Configuration: No additional setup is required. Rescale Assistant will automatically have access to the new data categories for all eligible accounts.
Request help from Rescale Assistant to easily create budgets of specified amounts and timeframes.
