Rescale Software Publisher is now generally available
Rescale Software Publisher, which provides customers an easy and integrated way to self-publish their own software on the Rescale platform, is now generally available to all customers. With Rescale Software Publisher, customers can bring any custom, proprietary, or open source software to Rescale’s HPC cloud platform without requiring any specialized cloud infrastructure expertise in networking, security or administration.
The following new features have recently been added:
- Usability Improvements – optimized UI navigation for viewing, searching, and creating new software versions along with new status values so users can work more efficiently.
- Displayed version size – Administrators have improved visibility of disk space utilization for all published software versions.
- Security Scanning – All software published by users is scanned prior to publishing, as an extra proactive security measure.
Licensing and Packaging
Rescale Software Publisher offers two licensing models- either per individual workspace, or at the organization level with unlimited workspace use. Customers may publish as many software versions as needed. Each new purchase of Rescale Software Publisher includes a package of ten hours of expert HPC services to assist with building, testing, and publishing customer software.
