Manage Workspace Deposit Assignments
Organization Admins can now swiftly deploy Rescale to new teams. From the Organization Administration portal, they can assign deposits to their workspaces, which are used to cover charges for resource consumption on the Rescale platform.
Feature Highlights
- What is it? The Deposit Management feature allows Organization Administrators to assign deposits to both new and existing workspaces. This streamlined process gives administrators enhanced control and flexibility to effectively deploy new teams and projects.
- Why use it? This feature provides administrators with the ability to instantly grant workspace access to new team members and allocate deposits through the Organization Administration portal. It ensures that teams have the necessary funds while preventing overruns.
- How is it used? Organizations can instantly grant users access to funds by assigning any active deposits to their workspaces. Deposits can also be assigned while creating new workspaces from the organization admin portal.
Get Started
Organization Administrators can assign existing or newly created workspaces to a deposit from the Teams > Workspace page by opening the workspace’s Edit page and using the Manage Deposits dropdown. Deposits can be assigned or unassigned one at a time. For additional guidance, please refer to the product documentation on managing deposit assignments.
