Rescale supports the ethical research and coordinated disclosure of security vulnerabilities. To submit a report of a vulnerability, please use the below anonymous form submission or send an email to security@rescale.com.
Please include the following information with your submission:
- Describe the vulnerability, precisely where it was discovered, and the impact
- Offer a detailed description of the steps needed to reproduce the vulnerability
- Only report exploited vulnerabilities and vulnerabilities identified in an ethical manner
- If we receive your submission via email, we will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.
